When matured completely in Oloroso sherry pro okaycasks from Jerez, Spain, our wealthy, fruity and full-bodied ‘new make’ spirit is converted into a conventional unmarried malt. Once stuffed, the maturing spirit stays undisturbed inside the same casks for 12 years and is delivered collectively on this wealthy and complex whisky characterized via spice and dried fruit and a natural wealthy golden shade.
